Upping the limit on deposits back by the FDIC. Goes out again first guys your reaction to the Senate's version of the bailout plan and what is your best guess what's going to happen when this thing now in the house."

" Like I think it's going to pass but there's it was kind of a hodgepodge people who vote against it and in the Senate but was 74 votes for I think it will pass the house tonight they did the leadership of both parties won't make the mistakes. Meehan last week I mean this didn't happen happened this past last week. These guys screwed up I mean it was incompetence Nancy Pelosi. House leadership. The president to a certain extent this thing was right now they didn't get it through. The stock market crashed and it trillion dollars came on the economy that the NAFTA happened completing competence I don't think they'll. Mess up to that extent this week they know there on the line."

" I think John -- and -- below you will never be heard from again if they can't get this thing passed. The eyes of the world not just the United States -- focused on the house represents. These guys are allowed to complicate everything it's like the tax vote now we really understand what this is all about what it's all that -- absolutely and and that's part of what ropes and they got to make it complicated schedule change and everything public and in the effort that bridge to nowhere or some other right Christmas tree lighting again it's going to be in it is going to be some. Little bit that some guys have been looking for OK I'll come on board. The bottom line here I think is that our our budget deficit is going to increase and that's not the direction we should be going right now."

" Speaking of that to we have some financial concerns here in Massachusetts speaking of budget deficits -- tax collections are lagging. Revenues are down almost 200 million dollars for September Governor Patrick you know reportedly going to identify hundreds of millions of dollars in budget cuts and he's proposed dismantling the Mass Turnpike -- something that was -- put up there before my governor Romney. Where -- to think he's going to look to trim rob where else should he trim and how big a crisis do you think we're really looking at here."

" whichever health care bill which was passed on to the Romney administration with great support from the legislature and I think it's. It's a good bill but it's it's it's really getting very very expensive and that's one of the big budget bosses that we're dealing with they're all kinds other things like. Delayed maintenance and and deferred maintenance -- full range of capital -- that the governor's trying to do what we should have been doing over the last 101215. Years. So those things are coming home to roost now and somebody get a pay for a moment and it's really difficult I think the governor is going to have to tightness -- and I'm glad he's showing the leadership here and went that direction. And a lot of his proposals that he talked about a probably have to be -- I'm going to have to be generally can't do it. Art quickly talk about the vice presidential debate tonight we get Sarah -- Joe Biden everybody's talking about it there's a tremendous build up any shot that this thing actually lives up to all life. No. Unless Sarah Palin walked so there in and trips. Or. You know starts firing off pistols assault and she's going to exceed expectations here and I think by and large the these debates lately they allow an opportunity for gaffe a one liner or basically for you when -- everybody else to confirm what we think is going to happen we think is the best candidate. Otherwise I'd look for. You don't net draw I think Sarah Palin is going to do fine I just as a Democrat I hope that Joe Biden doesn't going to want his gaffes."

" I don't think is going to be all that memorable and in the long term but Kellan has an opportunity here because there's so much attention on this debate. Probably millions of extra people watching you really needs to go out and smacked around Barack Obama. It it's gotta make her look tough. And it's going to do something for the McCain campaign that it desperately needs. -- if you can kind of stay on an even keel like get some shots in an Obama do is going to be huge boost him to McCain you know one lasting less."
