Why is it that that team approach that works well I think. The teams we looked at the bringing of the very best they don't bring the of the best available people. They bring you the best obtainable people at any cost they put in the cramped quarters they have strong leadership they have a clear mandate. And they take no prisoners is no compromise that need to get the job done let's talk about some of the things that you write about the -- that equality of virtuous a team that we'll tell talk Republican applied or current situation. When things to talk about first of all what qualities of virtuous -- team.
